Platforms and specification
The proposal identifies the intended platforms, devices, features, integrations and release route. Support for additional operating-system versions, devices, languages or accessibility requirements must be specifically agreed.
Developer and store accounts
The client is normally responsible for owning and maintaining Apple, Google and other required developer accounts, certificates, payment profiles and legal agreements. Store fees and provider charges are separate unless stated otherwise.
Store review and release
App-store acceptance, review time, ranking and continued availability are controlled by the store provider and cannot be guaranteed. Additional work caused by policy changes, rejection reasons or mandatory platform updates may be chargeable.
Testing and devices
Testing is completed against the agreed devices and environments. The client must test business rules, content, accounts, payments, notifications and real-world use before approving release.
Privacy, permissions and content
The client is responsible for the legality of the service, app content, user permissions, age restrictions and required privacy disclosures unless specialist compliance work is expressly included. Data collection should be limited to what is necessary and accurately described in privacy information and store declarations.
Maintenance and operating-system changes
Mobile operating systems, devices, SDKs and store policies change frequently. Ongoing compatibility, security updates, monitoring and new-version releases require a support arrangement or separate quotation.
Ownership and third-party components
Rights in the bespoke deliverables are handled as stated in the proposal after full payment. Third-party SDKs, frameworks, APIs, fonts, media and services remain subject to their own licences and availability.
