Content and campaigns

Social Media Management Terms

These terms supplement the General Terms of Business for content planning, social media management and campaign support.

Last updated: 29 July 2026

Version 1.0Effective July 29, 2026Last updated July 29, 2026

Scope and output

The proposal states the platforms, approximate posting level, content formats, approval process and whether community management, filming, paid advertising or reporting is included. Unused monthly output does not automatically roll over unless agreed.

Access and client information

The client must provide accurate offers, prices, dates, claims, brand assets and secure platform access. The client remains responsible for the legality and accuracy of business information and should promptly notify us of changes.

Approvals

Content may be supplied for approval in advance. If the agreed approval deadline passes, scheduled content may be delayed or treated as approved where that process has been expressly agreed. Urgent or regulated content should always receive direct approval.

Advertising and platform rules

Content and promotions must comply with applicable advertising rules, platform policies and sector restrictions. Advertising budgets, platform charges, influencer fees, prizes and production costs are separate unless included.

Accounts, moderation and security

Platforms may restrict, suspend or remove accounts or content. We cannot guarantee platform availability or reverse provider decisions. Community moderation covers only the agreed hours and channels; serious complaints, legal threats and safeguarding issues should be escalated to the client.

Results

Reach, engagement, leads, sales, follower growth and advertising results are affected by audience, budget, offer, competition, platform changes and the wider customer journey. No specific result is guaranteed.

Content rights and portfolio use

After full payment, the client receives the agreed rights to final branded content, excluding third-party and reusable assets. Unless confidentiality is agreed, completed public work may be referenced in a portfolio or case study.
